It was an odd day at work. We didn't have a CSM until 10:30 so we were pretty much left to our own for the morning. Luckily since it was a Sunday it was pretty calm, as it always is, until 11 or so. As dumb as it is, I'm grateful for my work ethic. I had my side of the registers (I was by myself with about four other girls on the grocery side) cleaned, prepped with bags and receipt tape, and the tills all set. I know it's not something that anyone noticed, which is fine by me, but I'm glad that I wasn't just standing around because no one was there to tell me to do something. As I said a few days ago, I'm grateful for how I was raised.
However, I'm also grateful for amazing friends... again. After I got out of work I headed to Stonehenge Entertainment where Dan was playing in some Pokemon tournament. The place also happens to be a bowling alley, so when Dan was done we went and played a round with two of our friends. Let me tell you, I'm a super pathetic bowler. Our scores were as follows: Dan-85, Corey-66, Sarah-63, and.... drumroll please... Amanda-60. I'm grateful to just have fun with my friends.
After Dan and I came home we made some food and ended our night by watching some Netflix with Bradley. By the way, on that note, I both highly recommend and discourage anyone from watching Blackfish. Such an emotionally sad documentary.
